Form 1099-G Tax Information for Filing State and Federal Taxes

Form 1099g for calendar year 2017, is scheduled for mailing on or about January 26, 2018 to all who received unemployment insurance benefits in 2017. The form includes the amount of benefits paid and other information to meet Federal, State, and personal income tax needs for the tax year.

The 1099g information will be available for viewing on or about January 26, 2018 at: Log in to your online account and select “Claim Inquiry” from the main menu. Then select “Display 1099 Information.”

If you do not receive form 1099g within a reasonable period of time, contact your local UI claims office to obtain a duplicate. Click here to obtain local claims office phone numbers and email addresses.
