Accepting public comments through March 14, 2022 on the proposed 2022-2023 negotiated performance levels for WIOA Title I Programs (Adult, Youth, and Dislocated Worker) and WIOA Title III (Wagner-Peyser Act) for modifications to the Unified State Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Workforce Development Division will now accept public comment on the Proposed 2022-2023 Negotiated Performance Levels for WIOA Titles I and III Modifications to the Unified State Plan from March 4, 2022 through March 14, 2022. Please address comments to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Workforce Development Division by email only. Please include “2022 Negotiated Performance Levels for WIOA Modified State Plan”  in the subject line of the email and address to [email protected]. Please include the organization you may be representing (if applicable) and reference the title of the plan section and corresponding letter comments are related to. All comments will be reviewed; however, the department is not required to seek the advice and recommendations of individuals and organizations affected by changes to the plan.
