Hawaii’s Unemployment Rate Remains at 4.1% in March

HONOLULU — The Hawaii State Department of Labor & Industrial Relations (DLIR) today announced that the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for March was 4.1 percent, the same as in January and February. Statewide, 648,050 were employed and 27,700 unemployed in March for a total seasonally adjusted labor force of 675,750. Nationally, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 5.5 percent in March, the same as in February.
