Wage Standards Chapter 104 Rules Team Our Wage Standards Chapter 104 Rules team includes members from Wages Standards Division as well as members from the Attorney General’s Office. They include Sheryl Lee, Labor Law Enforcement Specialist, Dale Okamoto, Labor Law Enforcement Specialist, Mari Imamura, Labor Law Enforcement Specialist, Jeff Oh, Labor Law Enforcement Specialist, Wes Lum, Compliance Branch Chief, and from the Attorney General’s Office, Nelson Higa, Deputy Attorney General, and Adam Rosenberg, Deputy Attorney General. The team was recognized for their commitment to amending Chapter 22, Title 12 Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works. We highlight their efforts in collaboration with the Department of Accounting and General Services and Hawaiian Homelands to develop processes on expansions of the law. Their perseverance in keeping laws current and the public informed has contributed to the success of our workforce.
