UI Claims

The Unemployment Insurance (UI) program, administered by the UI Division of the State Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, provides temporary financial support to qualified workers who are unemployed through no fault of their own and meet the requirements of the law. Book an appointment if you need help filing your claim, have questions about the processing of your claim, inquiries about your monetary determination, or need answers that you were not able to find online. If you have issues holding up your payment of benefits or you have an overpayment, you need to make an Adjudication Appointment.
