Telephone Appointments
You will get a phone call at your scheduled appointment time. The call may come from a restricted number, so please be ready to answer.
How to make an appointment
1. Choose a date and time from the calendar below.
Appointments are only available up to 2 weeks in advance.
2. Fill out the form with your personal information.
3. Check your email for a confirmation after you submit the form.
- IMPORTANT:
- If your claim has been pending for less than 3 weeks, your appointment will be cancelled.
- Appointments are only for the person whose name is on the form.
- You must book with the correct section:
- For overpayments, job separation, or eligibility issues, book with the Adjudication section.
- If you choose the wrong section, your appointment will be cancelled.
- Making multiple incorrect or duplicate appointments and repeatedly breaking rules will block you from scheduling in the future.
