The Affordable Care Act Section 1332 State Innovation Waiver Post Award Forum will be held in conjunction with the Employer orientation for Workers’ Compensation (WC), Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI), and Prepaid Health Care (PHC)
We hold free employer orientation workshops in Honolulu to familiarize employers with the WC, TDI and PHC programs and assist them in complying with these three labor laws. These workshops are designed especially for those who will soon begin or have just begun doing business in Hawaii. Employers interested in attending may call the WC Facilitator Section (808 586-9161) to register for either of the following dates. Following the general information portion the workshop will discuss the Prepaid Health Care Premium Supplementation Trust Fund including eligibility requirements, how to request for premium reimbursement, and allow for public input/comments on the progress of the waiver.

All sessions are held at Disability Compensation Division, Keelikolani Building, 830 Punchbowl Street, Room 310, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and will also be available via Skype.
