Use of the HIOSH Strategic Partnership Program Logo
Guidelines for Use of the HSPP Logo
The Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health Administration (HIOSH) strives to provide opportunities for employers and employees to work cooperatively with the agency to address and improve workplace safety and health issues. One opportunity is the HIOSH Strategic Partnership Program (HSPP), in which employers, groups of employers, and employee representatives commit to a cooperative approach to safety and health. Partnerships are implemented through written, signed agreements and are focused on reducing injuries and illnesses in the workplace. Partnerships may result in the development of training, outreach, or other materials.
The HSPP logo is the property of OSHA and is not available for general use. Since the logo was developed to help identify and promote the HSPP, HIOSH must ensure that the use of the logo does not diminish program integrity.
The logo reflects that a product was developed as part of a formal Partnership with HIOSH, and that materials will be used for informational purposes only. Use of the logo does not imply official agency approval by either HIOSH/OSHA or the Hawaii Department of Labor nor U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) and should not be construed as an endorsement of the entity, its products or services.
Use of the HSPP logo is reserved for HIOSH and active HSPP participants. The logo may not be used for fundraising or lobbying efforts or to imply that HIOSH/OSHA endorses a particular entity or its actions, products or services.
