APPROVED UPDATED ELEVATOR INSPECTION INCREASE IN FEES – EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2021

On January 21, 2021, the Governor signed and approved the latest update to the Elevator General, Administrative & Legal Provision rules (Title 12, Subtitle 8, Part 11, Chapter 229 Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR)). The updated elevator inspection increased fee schedule will be effective January 31, 2021.

The update provides the new fee schedule for inspection activities related to elevators and kindred equipment.
