New HIOSH Rule Amendments – Enforceable February 1, 2019

With the proposed amendments signed by the Governor on October 17, 2018, the new standard changes (effective October 27, 2018) will be enforced by HIOSH inspectors for inspections with opening conference dates of February 1, 2019 and beyond.
