HLRB E-Filing Consent Form and Protocols for E-Filing
The Board requires all new complaints and related documents to be filed electronically through File & ServeXpress (FSX) unless a signed written request for an exemption is granted.
To register with FSX:
- Go to fileandserve.com
- Select “Register”
- Select “Law Firms & Pro-Se Filers” and proceed to register as instructed
Upon completion of the registration process and receipt of a confirmation email from FSX, notify the Board via email at [email protected] or call (808) 586-8610 to be added to an existing case. You may also initiate a new case on your own.
Note: Any attorney affiliated with a law firm that is already registered with FSX must be added to the law firm’s FSX account by the law firm’s account administrator. If you have any questions, contact the Board at [email protected] or (808) 586-8610.
