Ahlani K. Quiogue
Executive Director
Ahlani K. Quiogue is a seasoned executive with over a decade of public service experience in the State of Hawai’i. As the Executive Director for the Hawaiʻi Retirement Savings Program within the Department of Labor & Industrial Relations, she oversees a key initiative aimed at supporting the financial well-being of the state’s private sector employees who do not have access to employer-sponsored retirement savings programs. Her career is distinguished by extensive leadership roles in licensing and consumer protection, where she was responsible for regulating various professions and ensuring compliance.
Gary K.H. Kam
Deputy Attorney General
Gary K.H. Kam is currently a Deputy Attorney General with the State of Hawaiʻi Department of the Attorney General in its Labor Division. Prior to this position, he served as the General Counsel for the Hawaiʻi Campaign Spending Commission as the commission’s chief legal adviser. Mr. Kam has extensive experience in legal guidance, policy development, litigation management, and drafting and reviewing legislation and rulemaking. Mr. Kam earned a B.A. from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa and his law degree from the McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Kam has been practicing law in the State of Hawaiʻi since 1987.
