Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board Participates in Joint Labor Management Seminar

On November 9, 2023, the Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board participated in a Joint Labor Management Seminar sponsored by the Hawaii Government Employees Association (HGEA). Board members Marcus R. Oshiro, Chair and Representative of the Public, Sesnita A.D. Moepono, Representative of Management, and Stacy Moniz, Representative of Labor, served as panelists, while Board staff distributed HLRB brochures, FAQs, and administrative rules to interested attendees throughout the day.
