New Administrative Rules Available in Convenient Booklet Format

The Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board (HLRB or Board) recently published its Rules of Practice and Procedure Before the Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board in a convenient booklet format. This HLRB publication is considered “unofficial” because the rules have been reformatted, resized, and bound, and are not presented in the unform format for state agency rules mandated by Sections 91-4.2 and 91-5 of the Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes. Official and unofficial copies of the Board’s administrative rules are available to any interested persons or organizations upon request.
