Workforce Investment Act (WIA)

Finding your first job ever or a new career can be very challenging.  Learning new skills to make your job application catch the attention of an employer will determine if you get that new job.  The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Programs’ primary goal is to support job seekers acquire a variety of services and skills to better train them for the demands of the job market.

There are three main programs within WIA job seekers can benefit from:
