Multi-Factor Authentication is Now Available
Starting July 5, 2024, claimants will be required to use the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in addition to entering their username and password when they log into their online unemployment account. The MFA is an extra step of protection against fraud.
Claimants must choose to have an MFA verification code sent to their mobile phone or email. Each code can only be used once and will expire in ten minutes.
